Engraving An Item

Please Note: We engrave initials in the EXACT ORDER as requested on the order form. Please choose Monogram Fonts such as Interlocking Monogram, Roman Monogram, Diamond Monogram and Circle Monogram for a bigger middle letter. For Monogram Fonts (and Monogram Fonts only), the last name initial should be the middle letter, e.g. JKF for John F. Kennedy (K will be Larger than J and F).

We offer engraving on all products that have an engraving text box on the item page.

Engraving Prices:

• On most items we charge $5.95 per line (up to 12 characters). However, the engraving charge on certain items may be higher (up to $9.95).
• For wedding gifts we can guarantee that engraving orders will be shipped within 4 business days.
• For fraternity flasks we give bulk discounts if the same engraving is done on all items.
• Please contact us at info@elighters.com if you would like to have a logo engraved on an order. The minimum order for logo engraving is 25 items per order. Prices for logo engraving varies with the type of logo and quantity of items.

Engraving Policy:

• Orders with an engraving take 3 business days to ship. We do offer an Expedited Engraving service for a nominal charge of $4 per item. Please select the "Expedite Engraving?" tab and "Yes" on the item page where your engraving info is entered for this service. Orders without an expedited request will be processed in the order they were recieved.
• Engravings will be done exactly as entered in the engraving text box.
• If choosing the "Circle Monogram" or "Interlocking Monogram" fonts, please type your engraving initials in the order you want them to appear. (Example: a monogram of ABC will have the B larger). WE WILL ENGRAVE EXACTLY AS YOU SPECIFY IN THE ENGRAVING TEXT BOX.
• Your engraving will not be altered once the order is placed.
• You may specify the location or any special requests for your engraving in the comments section of the order form.
• Unless the location for your engraving is specified in the comment section, we will engrave your item in the most appropriate location.
• If no fonts are chosen, then we will pick a standard font and engrave your item using that font.
  
• Absolutely NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES are given on engraved items. (Unless an engraving error made by us).

Engraving Multiple Items:

If you would like to engrave more than one item with different initials/names, then please click on the "[ + ] Add Another Personalized Product" link in the item page after entering the first set of initials/names. Repeat this process until all of your individual intials/names are entered. Click on "Add To Cart" when done.
