Free Shipping on all Orders of $50 or More.

Standard ground shipping within USA. Offer available on online orders only.

Standard Shipping	Orders Below $50 - $5.95 Flat (USA) Orders With $50 or more - Free Standard Shipping (USA). Delivery time is 5-7 business days. Please note that the shipping method is at our discretion depending on quantity, shipping weight and value. Standard Shipping is either USPS First Class Mail or UPS SurePost (a combination of UPS and USPS).
USPS Priority Mail	Starts at $5.95 (varies with # and the weight of items). Delivery time is 3-5 days.
USPS Express Mail	Starts at $19.95 (varies with # and the weight of items). Delivers on Saturday and Sunday, takes 1-2 days (except during holidays when they may take up to 4 days).
Fedex Standard Overnight	Starts at $22.95 (varies with # and the weight of items). Delivery time 1 days (Does not deliver on weekends).
Fedex 2nd Day Air	Starts at $18.95 (varies with # and the weight of items). Delivery time 2 days (Does not deliver on weekends).
Fedex Express Saver	Starts at $13.95 (varies with # and the weight of items). Delivery time 3 days (Does not deliver on weekends).

Butane Refills and Lighter Fluid are shipped separately by ground only regardless of method of shipping chosen on the order.

Please note all butane lighters are shipped without butane in order to be in compliance with federal laws.

Orders without engraving ship within 1-2 business days (During Holidays they may take up to 4 days).

Orders with engraving ship within 3-4 business days. Orders with expedite engraving ship within 1-2 business days (3-4 days during holidays).

We reserve the right to reject order(s) that are resulted from price mistake or discrepancy on website.

Please note: We are not responsible for address mistakes made by customers or packages stolen from customer's patios or mail boxes. We are not reponsible for any delay of shipping due to inclement weather.
It is customer's responsibility to collect package from USPS/UPS/Fedex delivery office if customer was not home to pick up package and a notice was left to pick up package. If package comes back to us unclaimed (customer failed to pick up package from post office) and customer wants refund, refund will be only issued for the unengraved items in the order (no refund for shipping charges will be given). If items were engraved then no refund will be issued.
