Orders Below $50 - $5.99 Flat Rate (USA) Orders of $75 or more - Free Standard Ground Shipping (USA). Outside of USA - Starts at $9.99 Shipping time is 5-7 business days. *Please note that the shipping method is at our discretion depending on quantity, shipping weight and value. Standard Shipping is either USPS First Class Mail or UPS SurePost (a combination of UPS and USPS). UPS shipments to Hawaii take an additional day. Delivery time outside of USA may take up to 2-3 weeks.
USPS Priority Mail
Starts at $5.95. Real time quote based on weight and zip will be provided upon checkout. Shipping time is 3-5 days.
USPS Express Mail
Starts at $19.95. Real time quote based on weight and zip will be provided upon checkout. Delivers on weekdays or Saturday or Sunday. Shipping takes 1-2 days (except during holidays which may require up to 4 days).
Fedex Standard Overnight
Starts at $22.95 (varies with # and the weight of items). Shipping time is next day. (Does not deliver on weekends).
Fedex 2nd Day Air
Starts at $18.95 (varies with # and the weight of items). Shipping time is 2 days (Does not deliver on weekends).
Fedex Express Saver
Starts at $13.95 (varies with # and the weight of items). Shipping time is 3 days (Does not deliver on weekends).
Orders without engraving ship within 1-2 business days (During holidays it may take up to 4 days).
Orders with engraving ship within 3-4 business days.
Orders with rush engraving ship within 1-2 business days (3-4 days during holidays).
Butane refills and lighter fluid are shipped separately by ground only, regardless of shipping method selected at time of order.
We do NOT ship butane to APO (overseas military) addresses.
Please note all butane lighters are shipped without butane in compliance with federal laws.
We reserve the right to reject orders resulting from price mistakes or website discrepancies.
Please note: We are not responsible for address mistakes made by customers, weather related shipping delays or packages taken from customer's residence or mail box.
It is the customer's responsibility to collect packages from the USPS/UPS/Fedex delivery office if customer was not home to accept the package and a notice was left. If package is returned to us as unclaimed (customer failed to pick up package) and customer requests a refund, refund will only be issued for the unengraved items in the order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. No refund will be offered on engraved items.
