How long will it take to engrave my item(s)?

Most items that are in stock usually ship within 3-4 business days once the order is placed.  After leaving our warehouse, the delivery time is determined by your location and desired shipping method. If the expedite option is choosen for engraving, the orders usually ship within 1-2 business days.

In what order should I put the monogram initials?

Please put monogram initials in the exact order you want the initials engraved. If engraving for James Chris Smith, please input JSC for your monogram. The middle initial is larger in a monogram. We offer four monogram fonts: Roman Monogram (our most popular), Interlocking Monogram, Diamond Monogram, and Circle Monogram. For further information, please see our extensive Monogram Fonts Guide. I do not see any place to enter engraving info on a particular item. Can it be engraved?

If there is no place to enter engraving info on an item page, then we do not offer engraving on that particular item.

How long can my engraving message be?

The length of the engraving text should not be more than the number of characters you can enter per line on an item page.  If choosing a monogram font, the length should be exactly 3 characters.

Can I get my logo engraved on the product?

We laser engrave logos on most items. We charge a $19.95 setup charge + $7.95 per item for logo engraving. The logo has to be at least 300 dpi in JPG, PSD, TIFF or EPS format. Please email us at info@elighters.com with your logo and the item you would like engraved.Top

I need to expedite engraving on my order. How do I do that?

Please choose the "Expedite Engraving?" dropdown box and select "yes" if you would like to get the engraving expedited. We charge $4 for this service per item. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days with additional delivery time based on your location and chosen method of shipping. Top

I want to order 5 of the same items through your website, but I want to have each engraved differently. How do I go about doing this?

Please follow the following steps:

Please click on "[ + ] Add Another Personalized Product" on the item page to add an additional item that will be personalized with a different engraving. You can also watch the video below which demonstrates how to enter multiple engravings.

Do you charge a setup fee?

Most items do not incur setup charges. Check product pages for details. For items with initial setup charges, we do not charge setup fees on re-orders when the same artwork is being used.

I want all of my initials engraved in all caps. How do I do that?

Please put the initials in all caps if you want them engraved in all caps. We recommend that you not use "Simple Script" fonts if you choose to engrave all initials in capital letters.

Can I return engraved items?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been engraved. No returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted on engraved items as these are one-of-a-kind. If items were mis-engraved due to an error on our part, please email us a picture of the item and include your order number as reference. We will contact you to discuss next steps.
