REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:
Customer can return an item for full refund if he/she is not satisfied with the quality of the product. Refunds/Returns are only processed with following rules taken into consideration. (NO EXCEPTIONS MADE):

  • Item has to be returned within 15 days of purchase for refund with exception of all Christmas gift purchases can be returned within 15 days after Christmas.
  • The item should be in unused and undamaged condition. Product in damaged, used or scratched condition will not be applicable for refund.
  • A Shipping & Handling charge of $4.95 applies if a product is returned for exchange. Only the cost of the item is refunded in case of return.
  • WE DO NOT SELL USED OR REFURBISHED ITEMS. If there is some technical problem with an item that has been used, then please return it to the manufacturer for repair/replacement (Manufacturers' addresses listed below). We do not hold responsibility of used items.
  • Refund can not be given for returned engraved items unless engraving is not done according to customer's instructions.
  • We require a copy of the order or packing slip to be returned along with a note explaining the reason for return.
  • Returned items without the original box and warranty papers will not qualify for refunds.
