Engraving Policy
- Orders with an engraving take 3 business days to ship. We do offer an Expedited Engraving service for a nominal charge of $4 per item. Please select the "Expedite Engraving?" tab and click "Yes" on the item page where the engraving info is entered for Expedited Engraving.
- Engravings will be done exactly as entered in the engraving text box.
- If choosing any of the monogram fonts, please type your initials in the order you want them to appear. (Example: a monogram for John F. Kennedy should be entered as JKF, as it will have the K larger in size than J and F and located in between them). We will engrave exactly as you specify in the engraving text box.
- Engravings will not be altered once the order is placed.
- You may specify location or any other special requests for your engraving in the comments section of the order form.
- Unless location for engraving is specified in the comment section, we will place your engraving in the most appropriate location.
- If no fonts are chosen, then we will pick a standard font (Roman Block) and engrave using that font.
- Absolutely NO REFUND/EXCHANGE given on engraved items. If items were mis-engraved, please email us a picture of the item and include your order number as reference
